Today is all about me-oh-me! And with over 1,500 National Holidays, this one might just be my fav! Why?! Well #NationalSplurgeDay means that I have an excuse to do a a whole lotta something just for me with zero guilt. Or so they say!

Nature is my friend... except the mosquito - they can pretty much just retire at any time now. BUT the rest of it, I love. So in honor of #NaturePhotographyDay so me what you see out in nature today!

I am spending this morning scouting out the local nursery for some new garden plants / going for a hike at the park / working on my landscaping. Being outside really cleanses my soul. Samsies?

I remember as a kid traveling each summer to our cabin on the lake / the crystal clear beaches of Mexico / visit my oma in Boston. The memories of that tradition are something I will never forget. What about you? Do you have a summer traveling tradition?

It is a special day... a day where we can do something amazing! Whether it be helping someone achieve their dreams, donating our energy to something we believe in or simply helping those less fortunate than us.

We are officially half way through the year! This means it is time to do a little status check on those big resolutions we made, right?! Personally, I rocked them / could have done better / don't even remember what I was planning for the year. But hey, we are only half-way through. We got a little time - lets do this! My dream home would most definitely be a tiny house in the woods / cottage by the water / high rise condo in the city. There is something about it that just says "me" all over it. Most likely its because there is less space to clean / I love the sound of water / the hustle and bustle motivates me!
